After years of being a Patient, now being totally ignored, and lied to. Unable to get treatment for 3 weeks and counting, was told there was an issue with my insurance, that I would need to call billing, after a week of calling and getting no answer only a voicemail, nobody ever called back. So Called and spoke to the receptionist, they said they would call billing and have them call me. Several days later nothing. So I called back they confirmed my email and said I would get an email from billing, still nothing.

Give me some sort of heart test, put something on both my ankles leaving pretty bad bruises in two places. Felt like it was intentional! Last name was Brandi. Very dry. I was told afterwards that they usually put sleeves over pants legs! I was in the office for over an hour!

The director/nurse practitioner was awesome! She answered all of my questions to include questions that are not for this location like, hey do you know a primary care manager that I can go see. Turns out this is not a location that does referrals, which is perfectly cool. The medical technician was phenomenal. For the blood draw, I didn’t even hardly feel it. It was that significant. The facility coordinator welcomed me warmly answered all my Insurance questions and made sure that my follow up phone call was scheduled before I departed the facility. Top notch care!

I visited this center last week. The staff was very knowledgeable & patient with my issues. I appreciate the time that was taken to make me feel comfortable & the encouragement I felt while there. I feel I’m on the right track to conquer my problems at Low T Center Pasadena! Let me add that Shannon, the office manager at the front desk is the absolute sweetest.
