Trillion Health & Hormone Clinic

I’m officially starting my hormone therapy journey and I couldn't be more excited to get back to feeling like myself. I want to say a special thank you to Ranae and Heidi here - you were all so welcoming and helpful! The staff is wonderful, and I’m looking forward to the results!

They were extremely kind and thoughtful! They truly listened and I felt I was actually respected and valued finally when talking about what my symptoms are. Overall wonderful experience and would 10/10 recommend!

I was at the Grand Island clinic today. The nurse was great at drawing my blood for lab work. However, the provider made me feel like I was a bother and I felt rushed with the conversation. Maybe it was me but, I sure miss Heidi being my provider there. The provider that was in from Iowa made me feel heard and took her time to answer my questions. The one from Omaha today was not a good fit for me.

Don't trust all of these five stars! They buy them by offering "free B-12 injections". After my second visit with this clinic I really started to question what was going on and the things that I was told by the providers. I sought second and third opinions from two different, well known medical providers in my area after going to Trilion and both confirmed that no only was this "clinc" just a sales and marketing operation, but their treatment plan was not appropriate. Hormone treatment is based on symptoms not lab results, but I was told I still needed labs drawn every couple of months - doesn't make sense. The med assistant told me that she takes b-12 but doesn't need it so she just "pees it out now" - what medical provider would support that? The self branded supplements were a red flag - pushing things that I didn't need just for their own profit. I never saw medical provider in person, only via telehealth - I had to drive 30 minutes to a clinic to not even see someone in person. Told me to keep taking a medication (that I no longer needed to take) that is known to suppress hormone levels - I suspect so that the labs they insisted on would not have correct results and they could push more treatment. Also, do not trust their billing plan. Call your insurance company and find out directly what it would cost for the visits, labs and medication - don't just go by what Trillion tells you. Trillion collects from the insurance company and from you each month and ends up making bank while you pay for more than you would if it were a regular billing process. Not to mention that the medications are compounded when they don't need to be and they don't really need to run all of those labs any way. They are way over charging people. It was very obvious that my treatment plan was not tailored to me and my personal concerns and medical situation. I was given all of the information by the nurse about how to take the medication, how to reorder and what to expect before I even saw a medical provider and got a prescription. They wanted me to take more medication that was not indicated by my labs or symptoms and I said no and was told that we could discuss it again at the next visit. Over all this was not a great experience. I left feeling gaslighted and continued to question so many of the things that happened in my two visits that I sought out two other doctors and their opinion on my medical situation and Trillion's treatment plan and both disagreed with nearly everything.

Super helpful and kind staff. Everyone wants to help. Just getting started but very hopeful. Rene and Missy have been great!
