Strive is officially my new go-to. I made an appointment because I was desperate to feel like myself again after having a bad case of the flu a few weeks ago. I was blown away by how much better I felt afterward and honestly wish I had gone sooner. Mercy was so welcoming and made the entire process easy and comfortable. She’s a Nurse Practitioner with clearly a lot of experience, which made me feel so safe. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and the space itself was super cute and relaxing. I usually don’t write reviews but felt like this one is warranted. I recently went to Strive wellness to try the fitness and recover IV treatment. I always found it difficult to recover from my CrossFit workouts especially leg intensive workouts so I wanted to try something. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Mercy was welcoming and knowledgeable, ensuring I understood the benefits of the treatment. My session lasted about a hour and it was so relaxing. You are able to lounge in a recliner with a warm blanket. After the treatment, I didn’t want to leave the chair was so comfortable. I was skeptical at first but the next day I wasn’t as sore and achy as I usually am after a workout. I was able to go to the gym feeling refreshed and full of energy. My Whoop recovery score was also higher than it usually is after an intense workout. I highly recommend Strive wellness. Mercy is awesome.
