Alpha Male Health and Testosterone Clinic

I’ve just recently started the TRT (testosterone) treatment through Alpha Male Health and Testosterone. The process is really easy to start. Seara is their receptionist/MA and she makes everything really clear. She’s has multiple ways to contact her and she’s really responsive and communicative about when she’s unavailable, if at all unavailable. She sent me the paperwork and I was able to come in on my time and was out within an hour and I didn’t feel rushed during that time. The price is really affordable. They accept Care Credit which is how I was planning on paying for it before I realized how cheap it was in comparison to the other places I had looked into. They drew my labs the same day that I signed up and it was only a couples day later that Seara called me to set up an appointment via Telemed to talk to the provider Dr Phillips. My appointment with the provider was short and to the point but that was because I was at work and for the appointment in on my lunch break. She was able to review labs, what dosing I would be on, possible side effects, why to expect to improve, the follow up routine and how I can reorder in the future. Overall my experience was a 10/10 and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that’s into fitness, improve sexual health or over all general male health. I feel great! Libido has increased. I’ve shed 10lbs already and have more energy!

If you look through the reviews you will see some serious negativity. I have experienced nothing but the opposite and I've been a client for going on six months now. I am getting muscle mass where I haven't in years. I am feeling more like I did when I was in my prime. They have been amazing with communication and I have gotten clear and concise information always in my interactions. I normally don't leave reviews, but after seeing the blatant and uncalled for attacks by problem clients, I felt the need to make my experiences public.

I'm a cllient that fell through the cracks...and now I can't get rid of them. lol So initially everything was cool, Sebastian (i think that's his name) was super helpful, communicative, very chatty just..great. I got my labs back, he explained the process... COOL. Then I text (our main form of communication) because my prescription needed to be refilled.... he response, I text him again, nothing, I called left a vm because they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, no call returned. So I had to dispute the charge because now yall are collecting money and I'm not being provided product nor service. Then I kept getting past due invoices. Then they charged me for "past due" invoices at once $600 -- which I had to dispute ... again. My CC company even called and we stayed on hold for 15 minutes because again, no one picks up, and they approved the dispute. I emailed again in May to stop charging my card because of what I've already stated... Here we are in AUGUST and they just charged my card $600 when NOTHING has been provided product, service nor contact. Are they nice people? Sure, my initial interaction was great. Have they worked out for others, yes. I know someone who has had a good experience with them... I unfortunately am not one of those people and now am having to deal with either keeping my cc locked to avoid being charged for services/products not rendered/received or disputing every time they charge my card. It's just annoying.
