What a wonderful experience I had here. Received white glove service, the staff was kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about my experience. Jeannette and Cameron both provided exceptional service and light up the room with their smiles and personality! I highly recommend this place

I’ve been very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My prescription has been delayed not just by days, but by a week at times. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff repeatedly shifted the blame onto me, even though I had done everything required on my end. Despite these delays being the clinic’s and pharmacies fault, they wanted to charge the full $70 for a weekly treatment that wasn’t delivered on time. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service you aren’t receiving as scheduled. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and ongoing delays have made the entire process far more stressful than it should be. I hope the clinic improves its reliability and stops charging patients for treatments when they’re the ones causing the delay.

Been coming to Low T for 8+ years and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been a client here for a couple of years now. I started at a soft 197 lbs and am now down to a much better 175 lbs. More energy and a better mood every day. The entire staff is very friendly and polite. I’ve witnessed them dealing with very rude customers and they kept their cool better than I would’ve. My only con is that the billing changed and I now have to pay a doctor visit copay every week. It wasn’t like that when I first started.
