Nova Health Hormone Replacement Therapy

I have not gotten any satisfaction from the treatment. I have only seen a doctor once. Everything was supposed to included in the payment plan I chose. Now I have to bring in my own pellets I received after the blood work & I have to pay for any additional medication I need which was supposed to be in the huge amount of money I spent on the treatments. All the time still making payments to HC Processing. I am not seen except every 3 or 4 months. It has not helped with my symptoms. I would like to have them clear my balance with HC processing & no longer be involved in their practices.When I go to get the blood work at the Lab Corp near me, they never have the orders & I have to call Nova Health myself & wait until Lab Corp gets them to get my blood work done. It's just a big hassle.
