My experience at Forum Health with Angelica was amazing. I am petrified of needles and I barely felt anything when she drew my blood. She was very professional and informative. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Angelica and Brianna they very welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable.

Great staff. Very friendly & professional. My experience with Forum has been great and successful over the past year. So far I have lost 45 pounds. I highly recommend Forum.

I had a similar experience to Tiffany. I really wanted help with exhaustion and hypothyroidism, so I signed up to come in for an initial round of labs. The place felt a little off when I went for my appointment - empty and eerily quiet. I sat in a little office across a giant desk from a young doctor who seemed to recite information. It felt very impersonal. They took blood to do the labs, and scheduled a follow-up call the next week. It ended up being a sales pitch to switch to a different kind of thyroid medication that they said I could only purchase through them for quite a lot of money. They do not work with pharmacies or insurance. I had a very frustrating conversation about the cost and inability to send a prescription to a pharmacy where the cost would be significantly lower. It all felt a little shady and risky, and was inexplicably more expensive than it should have been. Disappointed at how much I spent for nothing.

Taylor is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and thorough in regards to the thyroid and understands how the hormones interact. Thank you for listening to me when my PCP did not!

The experience at Forum Health was Excellent! The people and the staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The office was very calm and peaceful and they were prompt and cordial. They made me feel welcome and calm, very professional.
