I started getting testosterone shots in June 2024. I felt better almost immediately with more energy and vigor. Some minor adjustments followed by my healthier diet and exercise, I have seen some results. I could give my weekly shot to myself at home but I choose to go in to the Farmington office once a week. The staff that work at the office is why I go in. From the very first visit speaking to Nick and Rachel I have felt very comfortable. Speaking to Lauren and Julie out in the lobby is always great. The Nurses who do what they do are the soul of that office and are always quick to smile and share a laugh. Thank you Rachel, Brenda,Ashley,Forest,Sean,Jessica for making a very small portion of my week a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this location for those seeking the treatment they offer.

I’ve never felt more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. It took courage for me to make this appointment, and it was immediately clear that everyone here genuinely loves what they do which means they truly care about their patients. I have absolutely no complaints and am excited for my treatment and what’s to come. A special thanks to manager Rachel who took the time to introduce herself and made sure my experience was nothing short of perfect.

My visit was very pleasant and professional. I was feeling sluggish and not as motivated for a normally high energy guy. Turns out my "T" was very low. I was surprised that they can get blood results right there in about 20 minutes. They gave me my first dose right there on the spot. I was most impressed with how much they asked me about how I feel and my overall symptoms - then came up with a treatment plan that was customized for me. It's not just about blood tests and numbers. I always feel rushed by my primary care doctor. Not here. They took the time to figure out what was going on and how to treat it. No pressure - just really solid, medical information so that I could make the decisions that are best for me. I will recommend this place to friends and family for sure. Excited to see my results and will post again when I do.

Everyone is always super helpful. Every time I either call or have contact with them, they are willing to go the extra mile to explain everything. What I really like is how they walk you to one of the patient rooms - pretty much as soon as you arrive, which is much appreciated!

The staff at NEMH in Farmington are fantastic. After your first visit, everyone knows you by name and welcomes you the moment you walk in for an appointment. No one likes going to the doctor, but at least at NEMH in Farmington, you can have a sense of calm and easement when you're there. The practice manager, Rachel, is amazing.
