Service has really gone downhill since they switched ownership or got bought out. They screwed up my med order. Left me without medication for three weeks. Then when I called to ask about, it was told they would have someone get in touch with me. They haven’t called for a week then all of a sudden they decide they’re gonna bill me for a prescription that I’m not wanting anymore. So when I called in and just told them I would like to cancel my services, The girl at the front desk said ok and hung up on me. Customer service at this place is terrible now

I have been a customer for awhile now. I just called the Greenwood location and before I could even finish my sentence the person said I'll forward you. So they did. To another voicemail. They refuse to answer any questions for the pharmacy and say they aren't part of it. Yet it's one pharmacy and you have no other options. When you contact said pharmacy you get no replies. it's been awhile coming but I recommend other places. The nurse practitioner in office is kind but thats where it stops. I don't have the time to keep waiting for 2 hours in person to get a shot and pay $75 for the shot because they can't figure out how to get their customers their medication.

Theres no way any review less than 5 stars makes any sense. I come here every Saturday for treatments. I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing. The nurse practitioners are amazing. They go so far out of their way to make your experience perfect. I cant say enough about them to do them justice. Im not even slightly exaggerating. They have a wide range of ways to make you feel brandnew again. Like a man again. And they really work. I recommend this place to everyone. Even if they dont realize they need it.

I am not a big review poster but I feel compelled on this occasion. I had a fantastic experience with this place for 2+ years then a switch in ownership occurred and I have to say I have never had a worse experience with a business. The communication has been horrible. When your supplies just don’t show up it’s completely up to you to try to figure out why. And good luck with that because the local center will tell you everything has to be done by phone and then the people on the phone will simply not answer (75%) or direct you back to the local center. Then, like today you will learn, only through your own investigation that you have to get labs drawn even though it’s nowhere near time. Then you drive 45 minutes relying upon their online and on the doors hours only to be informed that it’s 1:05 pm and they are on lunch from 1pm to 2pm and you can just wait. Incredible. Do better!!! So irritating!!!

I've been going to this location every week since October 2023 and there has been a lot of changes and a lot of tun over in staff, both for the better. Haley and her team are absolutely the best...each one of them is awesome and always friendly with a smile. I actually look forward to going, thanks!
