Unfortunately, treatments were unsuccessful. On June 2, 2021 I requested in writing the refund that was promised. As of today, August 4, 2021 Metro Men's Health has neither acknowledged nor replied to my request in writing. Today, (August 4) I went in person to the location at which I was treated in Towson, Maryland. Sam, the receptionist provided me with corporate office contact information. I will be pursuing my refund through the provided channels. I hope to avoid litigation. However, if that is what it takes to get the $5,000.00 I paid then so be it. Joseph S. Moore
