I cannot say enough good things about Era Health and Hormone, and about Jen. She has drastically helped me feel better in every way — mentally, physically, and emotionally. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely willing to listen. Jen takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel supported, and provides education that actually helps you understand your own body. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked — instead, I’ve felt heard, guided, and cared for at every appointment. I feel my best to this day and I owe so much of that to Jen and this amazing team!

Life changing! Service is top notch and personalized from the minute you walk in the door until the minute you leave. They even do follow up phone calls just to check in on you! Every single person who works there is compassionate, kind and professional. The hormone therapy (including the testosterone) is life changing!

Era Health has completely changed my life!!!!!!!!! I began my journey with them, the beginning of 2025.
