View all on GoogleI cannot say enough positive things about the care I received from Dr. Park and his team. Dr. Park took the time to listen to me, and truly heard my concerns. He assessed my current and past medical history and made a plan. He was punctual, knowledgable, empathetic, and very precise. I am confident in his ability to provide competent and thoughtful care. His whole team from start to finish made me feel comfortable and spoke in a way I could comprehend.
My dad was a patient of this clinic for a few years. I'm shocked that it gets such high ratings. They have done absolutely nothing for his enlarged prostate. He ended up with bladder infection that turned septic and almost died. He followed up with his primary who prescribed a couple of medications and then got an appointment at Mayo. Received a message today that his case is surgical. Appointment, testing and recommendation all happened in just a couple of weeks when Urology Specialists did nothing for years. There were multiple issues with appointments at this clinic. He would show up and have a text with his appointment time and be told it was at a different time or day. The last visit, a snotty PA or NP, told him you're just going to get cancer and you can deal with that. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness we have the means to go elsewhere. I feel bad for anyone who has to go to this clinic as it's the only one in Sioux Falls.
Doctor Larson was AMAZING!!! I live In Rapid City and after being told a vasectomy was not possible unless I was Put under Rapid City wanted to charge me $12,000. Doctor Larsen listen to me and what the previous doctor said in Rapid City. He was confident he could do it. My insurance doesn’t cover a vasectomy so it was all out of pocket. I am three days post procedure have followed all instructions to the T and can say I will Recommend every guy I know To go to Doctor Larson! The staff and even the front desk were friendly, and had a good sense of humor. Everyone explained everything thoroughly and could not ask for better care! Highly highly highly recommend!
I am fine if people hear my story. My husband may not have lived into his 80s or even 90s, but, I think he would have lived a bit longer, if he had received better care/follow up. Richard was healthy his entire life. Construction expert. Father of two. Grandfather of four. We were married in Valentines Day in 1987. He had absolutely no health issues/symptoms…just blood in his urine one time. He had yearly physicals since he drove school bus in his retirement. His Primary physician, after all blood labs were good, said to visit Urology Specialists. Richard had a scan, and I entered the room with Richard, to hear the results. Dr (…), said bluntly, “He has a large tumor on his right kidney, so I need to remove the kidney.” Two weeks later. Kidney removed. Dr (..), after Richard being in hospital for three days after, said, “I removed the kidney and tumor successfully. I scraped a bit off the liver. But, Richard should be fine. No chemo or radiation is necessary. Just a follow up in three months.” I did not follow up. I don’t particularly like Doctors. Sadly…they did not follow up either. Until six months later…when Richard was really SICK again. Only to discover that his cancer had turned into a MONSTER. A tumor, the size of a football had replaced the space his kidney once resided in. Urology Specialists are not connected to Sanford. Which is neither here nor there. But…my husband was just dropped from the system after surgery. Dr (…) basically took zero responsibility for this situation. And…we spent the next year…and two million dollars…trying to fight this cancer that spread like a wildfire through his body. Richard is gone now. Too early. Our family will never be the same.
Went in to see Dr bockholt and was helped by a young girl named Sophia! She was very kind and made my appointment a great experience
