I walked in today for my scheduled appointment only to be informed that they claim I owe $ and I couldn’t check in without paying. Even though I have the money to pay it’s the principle. I’ve been a customer since 2022, I have always paid before leaving like everyone else, and this is the first time I’ve been informed of owing anything. Why couldn’t they have texted me or called letting me know before hand when they texted me about my appointment. I have insurance that they overcharge approximately 2.4x what the cash pay is. You pay when you leave. They have no integrity and give surprise bills for 1/2 a year earlier. And this extortion ring now requires payment for the surprise bill before getting treatment.

The staff is always great. Today was extra great as Jessie was able to seamlessly take my blood sample better than anyone has been able yo do for years! Thank you so much!!
