SynergenX The Woodlands | Hormone Health & TRT Clinic

I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 5 years and have been mostly happy with the service and the providers. I recently switched to home injections ( Synergenx was promoting it really heavy back in the summer as more convenient and a little cheaper) and am not nearly as happy as I was going to the clinic. The pharmacy controls when the refills are ordered and sent and they have been late every time since I started. That means I have to go to the clinic and pay the additional cost of getting the injection in person which ends up costing me MORE than if I just came in every week. I have talked to the providers but they say they don't have any control over that. If they can get the refills sorted out then I could give them 5 stars but not with this current system - I'm actively looking for other sources/providers.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about SynergenX in The Woodlands. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed — not just by the cleanliness and professionalism of the clinic, but by the warmth, knowledge, and care of every person I encountered. The staff here are absolutely top-notch. The results I’ve experienced since beginning treatment have been remarkable. My energy is up, my mood has improved, and I feel more like myself again. I can see real change — and that comes from the careful attention to detail, customized plans, and follow-through that SynergenX offers. They also have excellent flexibility with scheduling: the evening and Saturday appointment options are a genuine blessing for someone with a busy life. And the way the team balances professionalism, clinical expertise, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere is rare and beautiful. If you’re considering hormone therapy, testosterone replacement, or a weight-loss program in the area, I absolutely recommend SynergenX Woodlands without reservation. They deliver not just results, but the kind of service and care that restores confidence, hope, and vitality.

I was going to write a terrible review because there used to be 2 girls at the front desk that were just so rude, I was so close to just quit coming to this office and wanted to find another much nicer clinic. Thank God for Kylie. She is fairly new I believe, but she made this place truly welcoming. She is such a sweetie, with great customer service. I hope she stays here forever.

I’ve been going here for a year and I highly recommend SynergenX for your TRT. Kylie at the front desk, keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure everyone is checked in and out as quickly as possible, and always with a smile on her face.. She’s a gem. Tolani keeps everything on track with my treatment program and always has great advice for improving the performance of my TRT.. you can tell she genuinely cares about the effectiveness of your treatment plan and really wants the best for all of her patients. In fact, everyone at this location is amazing and a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend Synergenx of the Woodlands any stronger than I already do.
