TMD CLINIC (TestMED): TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT & WEIGHT LOSS

I have been seeing Dr. Ruth for hormone replacement going on over 5 years now. And have used her TELEHEALTH services several times too and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Ruth A. and her team have always been professional, caring and great listeners. They treat their patients with a genuine heart of care. Dr. Ruth and her team are the best in the business. If only all medical professionals and staff were the same as this team.

I’ve been coming here for years and always had an amazing experience with Dr. Ruth Awah. She is truly exceptional and the only reason I stayed with this clinic as long as I did. Unfortunately, the billing department has completely destroyed my trust. Out of nowhere, they started charging me a higher copay than what my health plan requires. My spouse, on the exact same plan, continued getting charged the correct amount while I kept getting billed more. I provided every piece of documentation needed to fix the mistake, including statements directly from my plan. Instead of correcting anything, they refused to refund the overcharges and even tried to assign me a bogus “balance” that was never mine in the first place. What made it worse is how hostile they were on the phone. It got so bad that even my insurance agent on the group call was shocked by how aggressively they spoke to me, and by how unwilling they were to even look at the documentation being provided. After being overcharged multiple times, ignored, and spoken to with open hostility, I’m now having to escalate this because they won’t take responsibility for their own billing errors. It’s genuinely sad, because the medical care here is excellent, but the billing department’s behavior and lack of accountability make the clinic impossible to recommend. Until they fix their billing process and their customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I really enjoy being able to have one on one with Dr. Ruth on video call. I can be sitting there in my pj's and just be comfortable in my own place. She's amazing and takes great care of me.

Dr. Awah is awesome! She’s always available and listens to my concerns. I recommend her to everyone!

Nurse practitioner Ruth Awah was very helpful, she listened to concerns and gave very good solutions. She cared for me which I liked the best.
