I was recommended to this venue by someone that was a patient and had wonderful results, so I was very excited to try being that I am experiencing Menopause symptoms and needed an expert office to help with the current symptoms I had. The staff at this location was very polite and started my treatment in August. You first go in and they do a bunch of test for weight, blood, etc. Then you have to wait 1-2 weeks to get results. This is where the issues started. The nurse practitioner that reviewed your call ( which they only give you 20 min) and they cover so much stuff that I wrote all down as much as I could. She said that I could go in the office and they could help me go over all the results since I could not record the call. I went into the office just for them to let me know that was the wrong information so I requested to get a second call with the same nurse partitioner which took about 10-12 days later to get. She then had a bit of an attitude because the call was set for 30 min and she said I only have 20 because the last 10 min was her needing to do paperwork. For about 10 of those minutes she was being combative and seems annoyed she was repeating herself again and said she did not have the time to go over the whole labs. ( to me if I am paying for a service specially hormone therapy) I wanted someone to be a bit more caring and a softer approach to ensure I was doing all that I needed to take specially so many new over the counter vitamins etc. About a week after this call I started heavy bleeding. I immediately called and they took 3 days to call me back. I kept calling until I took it upon myself to go to my OBGYN. On the 3rd day of me calling since they were managing the hormones therapy medicine they called to stated " make an appointment with your OBGYN" which I had already done. I did not understand why it would take 3 days to get a return call. Finally they schedule me again with a nurse practitioner to review why I was bleeding and stated I needed to get a normal pap smear test result in order to get back on HTR. When I spoke to the new nurse she did not have a clue that I had been bleeding and did not understand what the call was about, she said she was going to escalate and have her supervisor review my chart and call me back WHICH never happened. I finally called myself after getting what I needed from my OBGYN and in that process paid for testosterone medicine ( which I never received) So on 11/5 I called again to let them know I am no longer going to return, or ever recommend anyone to come to this office with the horrible care they provided. The manager took my info and said she will call me within a day to get my refund to the medicine I paid for and still nothing that was over 5 days ago. I am very disappointed in this office and as sensitive as a subject is for a woman to manage hormones and hormonal therapy these nurses do not seem to care, with just a simple follow up call. I will ensure no one ever steps or gets service here. As of today no call still..... terrible patient care. My name is Carmen martinez and I went to the sugarland location you should know who I am as I called and also shared this feedback as well as I called yesterday. I should have read the reviews before because you have others that have shared a bad experience and I don’t blame them after my experience. I think if you would take feedback serious I would have received a call from all the staff that said they would call back. I did get a call yesterday to share that was credit was refunded my the pharmacy YET I had to call again to follow up. You staff really needs training on following up. If someone tells you that they will call back then that is a simple thing to do. Even if it’s to say hi just want to follow up as I said I would. I may not have the answers right now but wanted to call you back as promised. See how simple that was!

The Sugar Land location is one of my favorite locations as the staff is always friendly and helpful. Kristi does a good job managing the facility and I urge others to give them a try. Most importantly, if you want to lead a healthier lifestyle, definitely get a consultation. It’s helped me!

This place has gone downhill fast. Constant turnover, iPad check in and out is always a fiasco, even when the place is empty you sit for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come in and tend to you, nobody there seems to be able to do blood draws. I used to give myself shots but started coming in because of convenience but the convenience has gone out the window and I’m about to go back to my urologist and get a prescription again.

this place is a factory. you’re just another body in their conveyor belt of service. There was nobody at the front desk when I walked in & finally after what seem to be 10 minutes someone comes around the corner and says oh may I help you just to tell me to check in at the iPad. While watching all of these medical assistance, go in and out of two hallways of nothing but factory rooms this one kid comes out and To take me into a room to basically bark Orders at me to do this and do that without giving reason neverexplained why never explained what the test was war for and immediately proceeds to schedule me for a telehealth with a doctor two months later. Finally get into a room waiting for a provider for 25 minutes. The room was freezing. The vibes were just so bad I left. This place is just a processing center. You’re not a person your just another dollar.

The staff is super awesome and very friendly. Alyssa is very knowledgeable. She understands the needs of the patient. I have even seen her work the front and the back and there is never a patient back up. This is my clinic forever! I continue to review my friends and family. Keep up the great work 👍🏾.
