Viking Alternative Medicine

No longer using Viking, The person reviewing my labs would not listen to me she wanted to dictate to me what i'm going to do. she wanted me to skip my next dose after I told her I droped from 50ml to 35ml already and was going to taper down to 30ml then lower if necessary. I'm not going to crash my hormones like she wanted. She did not even think what that can do to you, crash into depression, how my body would react to a sudden stop of hormone replacement. If that person is representative of viking their business is going to suffer. My health is important to me. I'm 65 years old been training my whole life, My nutrition is spot on, I sleep great I look forward to working out every day be it mountain biking, running, weight training. This is my life not hers or anybody else's.

If it weren’t for the fact that I’ve always had outstanding experiences here, I would have left zero stars. Unfortunately, as someone in the medical field, I was disappointed with my experience with Keiko Shigeno. There were noticeable gaps in basic physiology knowledge, and attempts to clarify or discuss these were met with resistance, which suggests a reluctance to learn. I recommend providing additional training for staff to ensure that patients receive care from providers who are not only knowledgeable but also open to constructive dialogue.

Tanya is very thorough and answers any questions I may have regarding my blood work results. We are still adjusting levels to reach my peak levels for HRT but I already feel better and more like myself. Process is easy. Also, the customer service responses are fast and helpful. I have had many questions after the first order just to make sure I understood everything and they were patient and thorough. I am now in my third month and still have great correspondence. Great people and service!

This has been a great experience so far. The staff has been very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The lab work process was super fast and convenient. The results came back within 24 hours and I was scheduled a consultation 2 days later! It was a pleasure speaking to Miklos Major. I felt very comfortable speaking with him.
