RISE Men’s Health

I have been a patient of Rise Men’s Health for almost 4 years. Jessica has been my provider the entire time and has always listened to my needs and concerns. Overall, my care is pretty standard, but I know that if something is off, it will be addressed accordingly. Their office staff is extremely responsive. Have never not been contacted same day by phone or email. They also accept insurance planes (of course check your own) and never had any issues. The don’t push peptides or other unproven products just to make a buck. This is a legitimate clinic designed to address men’s health needs.

The worst clinic ever front desk staff John and Mike do not take accountability for their actions but instead tell me we have 500 clients we can only do the bare minimum. I don’t like this place. I just like Dr Kelsi she has amazing bedside manners and takes great care of her patients and I wish I could still get Care from her But unfortunately she works for this clinic and I have to find another doctor now other than Kelsi everything about this Clinic is garbage they suck They don’t take accountability they treat you like crap And when they make a mistake, they hold you accountable instead of holding themselves accountable Kelsi, if you’re reading this please open your own clinic!

They have been very responsive to my needs. When I’ve had questions or lab work done, they follow up quickly. Highly recommend!

I started with Rise early this year. In a matter of 6 months I have had amazing results thanks to Jessica. Jessica is amazing and always ready to answer questions and concerns. Listens and has always included me in the decision and plan making. I Have had other providers who basically don't listen and push only what they feel. It's amazing to work with a provider like Jessica. Not to forget the John and Misty who are always there to support the process.

Did a consult with Misty (telehealth). This place seems to really do a great job. It was a very in-depth consult, she got deep into my medical history and symptoms, she allowed me to ask all sorts of questions and understand the process. They accept insurance, they give a Rx that you fulfill yourself (not taking a huge profit on selling it to you like EVERY OTHER CLINIC I talked to). Honest and straightforward. I was impressed.
