View all on GoogleI have been a patient at this location for over a year. I really enjoy the staff and the quality of service they provide! Glenda Ekweanua is always very patient with me and very professional! Also Destini Brown and Demaiya Clark are always warm welcoming and make sure I feel like I’m home on every visit!!! I highly recommend this location!
This place used to be a lot better when it was actually Low T and not now that’s been bought out by Synergenx. That is a shame because I’ve been a client now for several years and I’m an out of pocket client meaning I pay after each visits. Service is bad, communication is poor, waiting time both in the lobby and inside the room is long and with exception of couple of providers others are not good at all. I went in today for service and they hand me several papers each indicating I owe money for something I “didn’t pay” several months ago. If I did not pay right away I won’t get service today. Seriously? You think I’m stupid to just pull out my card and pay what you say? Are you short in cash your account and just need extra few thousand to pay end of month bills? Who does that to a client that’s been coming for years and pays exactly the full amount after each and every visit?!! At least email me the bill let me look at it and pull my payment history and cross check. You expect me to do all that in the next 20 seconds or no be seen? Learn some customer service and do a bit better in training. Will serve you better. On to look for a better place to get service. By the way I asked for a supervisor or a clinic manager or someone in the corporate office to listen to my frustration, apparently suck position doesn't exist. But they do have people to print out bogus charges and put it on the counter when you check in.
My husband has been a patient for a little over a year and initially it was a great experience but the last 2 times not so much. Never the same doctor and never the same fee. The clinic is over charging for services he is not receiving and they will not provide a reasonable nor understandable explanation. When you call billing services and leave messages you do not get a return call.
Having been a client at Low T Center and thenSynergenX for six years I am continually frustrated by the constant policy changes that are designed squeeze more money out of you. Without increase in level of service. Again, nothing to do with the staff they are good people and do their best under the circumstances.
I’ve been a patient here for several years, back when it was Low T, and things actually ran the way they should. I knew the PA well, communication was solid, and my testosterone levels stayed consistent. Ever since Synergenics took over, everything has gone downhill. This place now feels like it prioritizes profits over patient care. For months, they constantly ran out of testosterone shots. The pharmacy was late, they would schedule me to come in for blood through text message and then when I get there they would say not to pull blood this time. Well all that did was make my shots become out of sequence again. That happened three times. Communication was terrible, and everything felt chaotic. Self-inject patients got hit the hardest — no medication available, levels crashing, and zero accountability from management. To try to compensate for their ongoing issues, they were giving out complimentary injections because the pharmacy was screening up or something internal we don’t know about. Then they posted a note saying that as of August 19, they were going to start back-charging people. They didn’t specify for what, but after speaking with multiple staff members, it was clear what those charges were tied to. When I pushed back and made it clear I’d leave and post reviews, my “charges” magically dropped from $600, to $275, and eventually to $0. The span of days from $600 to $275 happened in a day and then from $275 to 0 took 10 days of somebody saying they would get back with me immediately. Jordyn was the billing lady that I spoke with. She literally told me that it was impossible that anybody on that staff in the office would make a mistake because I questioned things that they were saying. She for a fact, said that because I repeated it back to her “Are you saying this”she said yes. It took an email from me to start communication again. That alone tells you everything you need to know — those charges never made sense in the first place. To be fair, the front-line staff and the new PA were great. This mess is coming from the top. Whoever is running Synergenics — CEO, president, managing partner, whoever — is absolutely dropping the ball. This is a leadership issue starting at the top on down to middle management revealing oversight & quality control. They also draw blood excessively, far more often than necessary in my opinion and people I know who go other places. Also my urologists sad that’s a lot. And after more than a year with Synergenics, they still haven’t managed to get my testosterone above 400. When it was Low T, I consistently stayed around 700–800. The inconsistency here is unbelievable, and it wreaks havoc on your T levels. My recommendation: stay away. Seriously, stay away. If Low T ever took the place back, I’d return. But Synergenics as it stands now is a joke — and the patients are the ones paying the price.
