My PA was soooo informative and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions! And the lab girl was phenomenal! The iv stick was so easy and no bruising! And i didn’t even feel my injections. She was so great and deserves a way to go! The entire staff were very friendly and warm. Thank you so much!

The dietitians are wonderful, and my previous experiences here have been very positive. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing and left me feeling ashamed and belittled. In October, I received a discount after significant weight loss, and the staff made me feel proud of that progress. Because I had a different coupon that day, the discount was rolled over to my next visit. The staff member who helped me was very kind and even showed me the note she left in the system confirming this. At today’s visit, I reminded the staff about that discount, but my card was charged without it being applied. Afterward, another staff member approached me with an aggressive tone and stated that coupons are not rolled over. She acknowledged seeing the note in the system but said the discount could not be honored and expressed uncertainty as to why the previous staff member had said it could be. I want to be clear that my intention was never to get anyone in trouble. What upset me most was when she said, in a loud and belittling manner, “You haven’t even been here since October.” I tried to explain that financial reasons were why I had not returned sooner and that this was precisely why I was hoping to use the discount I had been assured would be available. I remained calm and simply stated the facts, yet her voice was raised enough that others could hear the conversation. I left feeling hurt and embarrassed. This is a place that is meant to support people and help them feel better about themselves, and today’s interaction did the opposite. I am truly disappointed by how this situation was handled.

I've never had a bad experience with FWL, Drs., or the staff. They are excellent on scheduling at my convenience, understanding situations with my weight struggles and what I want and works with me.. They are very informative with on-line diets. They have help with situations of driving distances for me, and understand if I am running late because of that distance or delays due to road construction. They understand the wanting of losing or just maintaining a weight due to Holidays or weight gain during the winter months...(this is where I struggle). I recently had and medical condition that has limited me to exercise to the fullest and understand that procedures are coming to address this and offered to help with what I can do when this is taken care of. I have been a patient of theirs for over 25 yrs, and have suggested and brought people to the clinic who are highly satisfied and now a regular participant with FWL! Thank you for being there for me with my weight struggles. You are very much appreciated.
