April 24 2025 given a shot for ED and worked ok. Received my meds 28th April and used the recommended does and got hard for about 2 minutes tried again about May1st same result . Called and they raised my dosage but same issues. Process of giving a shot and waiting for results and having my wife wait seemed mechanical and not very joyful. Tried to cancel and was told I had to give them 6 months . I went to the office in October to cancel and signed papers and was told my years contract of $3000. would be credited $600 . I have not seen that amount or any refund on my Care Credit account. Math don't work anyway you use it . Beware of what you are signing.

The entire experience at the Crestview location has been fantastic. I was a little hesitant at my first meeting, but the provider Betsy did a great job of explaining my treatment options, and the nurses Nicole, Candice and Jorian are always wonderful when I come in to get my shots.
