The Women's Clinic At The Grove

After talking to other local women who are, or have been, patients & reading reviews, it's clear to me the clinic/spa owner doesn't care that the patients of this clinic are being ignored, continually. I am personally at the mercy of this clinic bc I currently do not have another women's "health" provider. Deborah Verucchi should not want this as the main reason women continue to seek treatment through her clinic. There also seems to be a real mean girl energy & attitude in the responses to concerning poor reviews, which is disheartening & disappointing. Ive filled out a form on the BBB website in order to start somewhere at getting attention to the lack of attention being provided to those voicing concerns being disregarded and having billing/insurance issues with this clinic & medi spa. It may not solve any problems, but it will help some of us from a legal standing when the time comes. So, for those reading this, if you've reached out to Viva Med Spa and/or WCG without resolve, please begin reporting this business there. I am working on setting up reporting to the necessary medical boards and associations that may be able to help us all.

As one who reviews lowest ratings first, I'm stunned by the manner in which this office responds to criticism. Responding with excuses and ending with statements like "we wish you well in your health journey", and "we're happy to send your records elsewhere.", is in my opinion -- dismissive, haughty, and in some instances, unethical. As a discerning woman who advocates for women's health, I will not be coming here.

The communication between booking appointments with the front desk (in person because I called for three weeks with no answer even after I left several voicemails) and the doctors are lacking. I used to really enjoy coming here, but something has recently changed within the last year.

My visit with Deborah Verucchi was amazing. She has great bedside manner. She was gentle and helped me to feel at ease during my procedure. Her and the other nurse assisting her took great care of me. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Deborah or Audra for years now and I have been completely happy with my care. They listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. I recommend them to all my friends. The menopause support I have received is top notch. They truly changed my life.
