Staff is top notch. Helped walk me through insurance questions and concerns. Nurses and PAs have wonderful bed side manner and totally make you feel at ease. Wonderful 5 Star experience

I have been a patient at this clinic for the past year. Initially, the staff seemed kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned about patient health and well-being. However, over time, it has become clear that patients are treated as little more than numbers and payment sources—especially those of us who are self-pay. I have consistently paid in full at every visit for all services rendered. During my most recent visit for a simple CBC, I was informed at check-in that I supposedly owed balances for two prior visits. When I questioned the charges, the front desk staff member stated that “insurance was kicking back” and that payments needed to be caught up. I explained clearly that I am a self-pay patient and do not use insurance. She appeared confused but insisted that I would have to pay the balance in order to be seen. I firmly stated that I would not pay what appeared to be duplicate charges. I have never left this facility without paying my balance, and I refuse to pay twice for the same services. The staff member then became dismissive and told me I would have to pay a percentage regardless if I wanted to be seen. At that point, I chose to leave and contacted the billing department directly. I spoke with Leah, who was the only individual throughout this process who genuinely attempted to resolve the issue. After multiple back-and-forth conversations—during which the amount allegedly owed continued to change—the billing department ultimately removed the balance entirely. The lack of consistency, transparency, and professionalism is unacceptable. Patients should not have to argue over inaccurate charges or be pressured into paying questionable balances just to receive care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I strongly encourage others to consider their options carefully and seek care elsewhere to avoid similar frustration and wasted time

Office staff were awesome but their corporate/billing dept has no idea what they’re doing. After 6 months of weekly HRT, I come in one day for my T-shot and I’m turned away saying I have a balance due that is several months past due so I can’t get my shot. I’ve been in the clinic every week (making my copayments every time as instructed) for months and have never been told I have a balance: no phone call, no letter, no conversation as I check in/out. The clinician/Doctor on staff had absolutely zero health concerns about stopping a patient’s treatment cold-turkey, just told me they’d submit to my insurance again and be in touch. And I never heard back from them. So I’ll continue my HRT, but it will never again be with Rockwall Low T Center or SynergenX.

Awesome staff. Very professional and caring. Also this clinic is very clean and the therapist are very knowledgeable.. if you need treatment come to the Low T Center in Rockwall. You will not regret it. Best choice I've made reguarding my health.. Thank you all so much!!!

Everyone from the front desk (Irma) to the medical assistants to the PA was very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns. I recommend this specific clinic to anyone needing a boost in their health.
