Our wait time was minimal—maybe five minutes—before he was taken back for bloodwork. The process was smooth and professional, and afterward we were invited to wait up front with water and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. What truly impressed us was how efficient everything was. From blood draw to results took about 15–20 minutes, but honestly, the time flew by. When the doctor called us back, they took the time to thoroughly explain the results, walk us through next steps, and patiently answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, dismissed, or overwhelmed—just informed and supported. After the consultation, we felt confident and comfortable making the decision together to begin treatment with this clinic. Another big plus was learning that they accept CareCredit, which made the process even more manageable. Today was my first visit and I must say…the reviews are true. The staff were amazing! They were professional and answered every question I had. I also liked the personal connection they provided to me as well. They made me feel like I was more than just a patient. The visit was quick along with the lab results. I was able to start treatment immediately. I am now confident in my TRT thanks to Gameday!

First time here and the service was amazing. The front receptionist Makya (sorry if I misspell the name) was very helpful and super sweet. They did my blood work and got the results back in 25 mins and was able to get my TRT shot the same visit. I highly recommend this clinic.

As a previous happy client of Gameday in Plano this one is the polar opposite. Firstly I booked for two people I called to confirm they told me two people was fine. I drove there only to be told no they can only see one person. Weird no one else was there and no one else came in during the 1 hour we were there. The staff were completely uninterested in trying to help us and if there was a bare minimum in service I’d say the staff here didn’t even reach that. I guess they make enough money and are not interested in getting anymore The one star is because the address and directions on google maps were correct NEVER going there again
