View all on GooglePatient and knowledgeable. Genuinely cares about the patients and their well-being. She makes otherwise potentially uncomfortable conversations flow easily. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I signed up for this service in December 2025 and it seemed great. I was told that I would be billed for medication no matter the dosage every three months at $599.99 plus a monthly service fee of $129.00. I received a 2ml vial of Trizipatide and was told to call when I was running low to refill. I was instructed for weeks 1-4 .15ml. Weeks 5-8 .35ml and weeks 9-12 .5ml… So a 2ml vial would only last for the first 8 weeks. Simple math…I got to week 8 and ran out and was told that they would send me out two more 2ml vials but it would cost $1599.99..I was lied to from the start because they are now saying it was $599.99 for a 2ml vial and now a price increase to $799.99 a 2ml vial. I was told $599.99 every three months and that would cover all meds for those three months. All together I have spent over $1150 in fees and all I received was a 2ml vial. They need sued because it’s a complete scam and robbery. I’ve been in the healthcare field for 30 years, people like this is why trust has died in this industry.
The problem I have with this clinic is their implementation of a "NEW" membership fee of $129. PER MONTH for a full 12 month, 1 year commitment. (When have you ever heard of a clinic having a membership fee? Only when they are money hungry) This fee is in addition to the cost of medications. They try to justify this fee by claiming that it covers blood work, analysis of the lab report and consultation but they have you come in for blood work before you consult with the NP and it cost somewhere between $199 and $200 depending on their quota for the day. They also claim that the $129/per month covers: the cost of shipping medications. What? Medications are shipped on average, only once every 3 months; lab work is preformed only once every 3 months, pellets are inserted only once every 3 months, office visits are once every three months. Even if you go into the clinic weekly to get a GLP1 or other injection, it is hard to justify a monthly fee of $129 because they charge you then as well. Most people self administer at home, anyway. Now, just know that as a new client, you will have to consent to this membership fee regardless of the service you go there to receive while existing customers are not paying a membership fee. And the don't tell you about this membership until after you've paid them the initial $249 for the blood work and consultation. False advertisement because there is no mention of a membership anywhere; not on their website or literature. And then, if you decide not to play their game, well,, they have captured a detailed medical record of you under false pretenses. I wonder, is that a HIPPA VIOLATION?
My testosterone nurse practitioner is awesome. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually listens. She explains everything in a way that makes sense and really knows her stuff. Overall, great care, great vibe, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend.
Taylor is wonderful. She completely put you at Easewhile still providing the necessary medical information. I always look forward to meeting with her.
