Great experience with Inception Telehealth and all of their staff. They are very thorough and provide excellent customer service. Dr. McCarty and Sean have been wonderful in explaining labs and current health symptoms. They listened to me and my concerns and have been excellent in caring for me.

I am excited about sharing my feedback. Kendrick, Ashlee, Sean, and the Inception team has been high-touch and responsive throughout the entire process. I’ve already had tremendous benefit in the 5-6 weeks so far. They have taken a deep, holistic approach. The intake was comprehensive and they are referring back to my goals on each communication and follow-up. Very happy!
