Definite Wellness

I always have a great experience at Definite Wellness (whether it’s a visit for health concerns or something aesthetic). Everyone is courteous and professional, but I also feel like I’m being taken care of and listened to. So happy to have this option in Tullahoma!

This was my first visit to Definite Wellness and I will most definitely be going back very positive experience everyone was professional and pleasant and made me feel like they really care!!!

Mariah is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable and very good at her job! I am more than pleased with the treatments I have received and they have a lot to offer. I am thankful they are in Tullahoma.

This location has a lot to learn from its other branch, starting with basic friendliness and customer service. Patients are not asking for favors... We are receiving a service!There was no greeting upon arrival, and despite an empty waiting room, I was left waiting for 20 minutes without anyone, including the receptionist, acknowledging me. I eventually walked out without being spoken to at all. I only came to this location because the Shelbyville office was full and I didn’t want to wait, but after this experience, I would rather wait a month than return here. I could clearly hear nurses talking about their weekend instead of assisting patients. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Mariah is fabulous and the only reason I continue to come back when I need something closest to home. Some other aspects (customer service at the front desk is one) leave a bit to be desired. I have switched to another wellness clinic for the majority of services for this reason. I was able to be worked in quickly for a IV today, which was wonderful. Please be aware the prices on the board are not for a full liter bag and does not specify the price is dependent on the size of the bag of fluid. I paid an additional $20 for the full liter bag and was not informed of the additional charge until paying. When I questioned this and stated the price board doesn’t specify, I was told, “you’re right it doesn’t.” A competitor a short distance away charges less for the same product.
