Not as convenient as they advertise. I must be in my state to even interview with an MD. They don't consider home address or shipping address. I work all over the world and this doesn't work for me. I will return to my local functional medicine group. I recommend finding a local group.

Went to my appointment and some random office dude gave me an iPad with a sales pitch video to watch in the waiting room. I left undecided and got a bill for over 200 bucks for absolutely no services offered. I refused to pay that and the lady that called me was inept and aggressive on the phone. I’ve never even seen the actual doctor.

Accessibility: Poor. Often absent at office visits. Refused to hear a problem or return my call. Attention to Patient Needs: Poor. Does not review patient’s chart and reason for visit prior to seeing the patient. Does not listen to patients. Bedside Manner: Poor. Arrogant, egotistical. Initially friendly, but quickly impatient. Interrupts, does not allow the patient to communicate. Assumes rather than inquires. Lectures rather than listens. Knowledge Base: Questionable, remedial. Does not customize treatment plans. My Experiences: Dr. Behling was physically absent at 2 of 3 in-office appointments, unprepared at third visit. At my initial assessment, the MA took my vitals, led me to an exam room, and then after a long wait brought in an iPad with Dr. Behling on a video chat app. If you work in healthcare, you know all initial assessments are performed in-person. This also happened at my third visit. It’s frustrating to drive 35 minutes to an office, sit an hour only to discover the doctor is on a ship in the middle of the ocean, using satellite internet with unreliable service. Dr. Behling’s impatience, assumptiveness, and proclivity to jump to incorrect conclusions impeded effective communication and appropriate delivery of care. A healthcare assessment starts with the physician asking questions and listening to the patient’s answers. Not only did Dr. Behling not ask the questions, but when given a small amount of information he immediately jumped to wrong conclusions and did not allow the opportunity to communicate further. When I called to report that a medication he ordered was not delivered and I was having problems due to not having that med, Dr. Behling refused to take or return my phone call and instead instructed his staff to set up a telephone visit a couple weeks later. This resulted in me seeking medical advice elsewhere; I was instructed to use a med by my previous doctor then notify Dr. Behling. However, when I attempted to communicate this to Dr. Behling, he immediately became angry and started yelling at me about self-medicating and double dosing. He did not allow me to explain that another doctor had recommended this because he failed to provide the meds or return my call and I was having problems because of this. Testosterone Pellet Placement: Dr. Behling did not demonstrate expertise with this procedure and would benefit from further education. After fumbling around for quite a while, he placed the pellets in the middle of the gluteals instead of more towards the hip. Every time I sat down, such as to drive home, the pressure of sitting made it feel that the pellets would be pushed out. I was constantly checking for correct placement. This area was very sore for 2 weeks, likely due to his fumbling during this procedure, and I now have a noticeable scar in a once beautiful area. Weight Loss Program: Of note, I was not there for weight loss, but rather for HRT. During my visits, I observed that Dr. Behler does not customize his weight loss program. At my third visit, Dr. Behling immediately started the visit by discussing I had lost 1.5 pounds and needed to exercise 5 hours/week. At a prior visit, he told me if I wanted to lose weight I needed to exercise 5 hours/week, eat breakfast, and take phentermine. This is not a customized plan. We’ve all heard we need to “exercise more” and “eat a healthy breakfast,” but for some people like me, this does not work and I said so. I exercise daily. I gain weight if I eat in the morning. He disagreed, said I apparently wasn’t exercising enough. These interactions demonstrated his unpreparedness for visits, arrogance that he knows better than the patients, and that he does not customize his treatment plans. I’m sad to say I experienced very poor delivery of care. Before writing this review, I attempted to communicate these issues to both Dr. Behling and his office staff; however, his office manager/wife was more interested in defending him than listening, resulting in her outright contradicting her own husband’s medical instructions.

OMGEEEEE!! And Alexandra is the Office Manager she knows nothing about Medical Records Request that is authorized by the patient. 9/22 I faxed over the request allowing them a few days to process. Nothing. 9/30 I called and spoke with Alexandra she was going to fax request. Nothing. 10/4 I spoke with Chantelle (who does Admin work) Alexandra was not in so I left a message. Nothing. 10/5 I called {note that I am always the one following up) spoke with Alexandra she says we are NOT the PCP and we are just trying to benefit from their records. Excuse me!! Last I checked the patient has the right to authorize/request their own record. Life Restore has NO say to deny request. I had to get one of my Doctor's to speak with her as she is so not compliant. He explained to her on patient's right even if we are NOT the PCP and neither is Life Restore. Are they hiding something??? Why such a "roadblock"? On standby for the records. Will see! Alexandra advice to you : you are wearing your Office manager title lil to hard. Please provide better customer service as this is a mutual patient that we are helping as well!

Called in to ask about specific Therapy. Staff could not answer questions. Instead they just want to force you into an Appointment. Their web site states one thing and they offer something different. Very disappointed.
