This is the second time I have flown into Honolulu from the Big Island only to find after the fact that the Center for Regenerative Health must cancel my appt today due to equipment/computer malfunctions. This is Monday. The previous Friday I called to confirm my appt and their receptionist said she thought the laser wasn’t working but she would call me back to let me know after lunch. Didn’t happen. 2:30 and 3:30pm I called and left messages and did not receive a return call. I had already landed in Honolulu and had called them again at 8:30sm. No one picked up the phone. At 8:42 I received a text message saying they needed to reschedule me. Unprofessional group. Avoid.
