I've been seeing Dr Hamilton and receiving infusions at AHV for a year now for both hormone balancing and high dose Vit C infusions for my cancer. The nurses Kandis and Jen are kind, caring and attentive. They do their best to accommodate every individualized need of all the patients I've seen treated. Because we're all well defended with our infusions the patients who are often there for long periods of time are offered a mask optional choice. Anyone who is concerned can opt to be in a separate, private room. My daughter tested positive for COVID and I believe due to the terrific care and protection of my infusions, I did not get it even though I was exposed daily throughout her active symptom period. Marsha and Jill have always been equally accommodating helping manage my appts and billing as well as email pleas for help with various things. Dr Hamilton is very diligent in her treatment and care of all the patients and sets the tone for a great clinic culture. Finally Michael, the clinic director, is a fountain of information and always willing to offer education on any of the topics at hand. I cannot say enough positive things about the care I've received and consistently hear the same from other patients I'm with when treated.
