Very disappointed with my experience at SynergenX. I came in, completed the full check-in process, and sat down to wait. While I was sitting there, multiple people came in after me and were taken back before I was. After a while, I went up to the front desk to ask if my check-in had gone through correctly. The response I got was, “Oh, we don’t know. Maybe you should check in again.” I asked if they had seen me sitting there waiting, and they said yes — but no one thought to ask or say anything. I don’t come here just to sit around for fun. If there was an issue with my check-in, it should have been addressed proactively instead of leaving me waiting while others were taken ahead of me. The lack of awareness and accountability at the front desk was frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service and basic communication really need improvement.

I started HRT in Oct 2024, via pellets. Everything was great so after a year I switched to self injections at home. Be aware that if you get self injections in the clinic, it’s $80 a week if you get them delivered at home it’s about $135 for a month supply. That’s not something that they told me initially as I waited for self injections to arrive, I ended up paying $80 a week for three weeks. Once I went through the process of getting self injections, I got access to their Nimble app and could order my prescriptions through the app, which was very simple. Everything arrived on time. However, three weeks ago I did not get a notification from Nimble to re-order so I went to the clinic on 2/13, They said they would email the new company, they’re no longer using Nimble. I had to go in the clinic on Monday 2/16 for a self injection because nothing had arrived and no one contacted me. I paid my $80, complained again that I needed to put an order in. I needed someone to contact me from their new pharmacy to do so. Last Wednesday 2/18 I got a text message with a link to pay for my prescription, of which I did. The next day I received a text saying Village Lane apothecary (there pharmacy) had Created my order. I received the very same text the next day, Friday. As of this morning, Monday I received a text message at 2 AM that my order had been shipped and I should expect it by Thursday, tomorrow with a tracking number. Six hours later at 9 AM this morning I received a text message with a link saying they needed a copy of my ID due to Texas law. There was a link provided to email my ID of which I did right away. Now, at 8 o’clock looking at my emails. I see that my email was bounced back as undeliverable. I tried again just in case I missed something and again it was returned undeliverable Here I am a week and a half later and still have not received my prescription. I should’ve gone in on Monday for an injection of which I would’ve had to pay $80 but I’m so mad that I’ve already paid $135 for my self injections that out of principle I refuse to go back in and pay $80 a week for them to inject for me…when I’m capable of doing it myself. Why should I pay $320 NOW for them to inject me when its THERE pharmacy that can’t get their process together??!?!! So in theory if I had gone Monday I would be $295 out-of-pocket and only received 2 injections! I feel scammed. I looked at the new pharmacy, everyone has experienced the same thing, delay in getting prescriptions delivered which if you’re doing self injections have to be done one the same day of every week. This is absolutely ridiculous, these Rx should be taken regularly!! I find it so hard to believe that a company like Synergenix and as large as they are would trust their pharmacy needs to a company that is unable to deliver. Then, force it’s self inject clients to go into the clinic and pay $80 a week for them to inject. At this point, I’m considering going back to pellets which is a pain in the a$$, literally. I am SO disappointed and mad!

The staff is great and the TRT works as intended. The only negative I've experienced is the casual scheduling and walk in appointment style system they use. It was great when they were smaller and you were quickly in and out at your convenience, but as the business grew exponentially their system did not. The typical experience is to check in on the tablets in the lobby, get weighed, get taken to a room, then the assistant blurts out your room number into the air as you wait for someone to pass by hopefully in the order you arrived. All to often I've waited patiently in my assigned room only to hear someone arrive after me in the room next to mine(paper thin walls) and get seen before me. The issue it seems is when a provider walks right in to the nearest room with the black and blue flags out in the hall, regardless of the order of arrival. I believe the providers here are awesome people and they try to move quickly, but I feel their system of hopping around randomly from room to room as they see flags out is a little bit inaccurate and it is not convenient for the customer be left waiting longer than necessary. Last time I was there I spoke up about this to the receptionist and was told the other person had arrived before me. If that was the case then the other guy also must have been bothered that I was taken to a room before him and so we're still in the same boat. It's quite possible that she had no clue which room I was actually referring to in the first place and just gave a default explanation. I just wish they were more accurate and diligent about seeing patients in the order they arrived. Nobody wishes to feel their time is being wasted.

Top notch place that takes care of you and makes you feel welcomed from the start! It’s worth mentioning that these four women make my experience great every single week. Amethyst, Kalyn, Kheli, & Aerial always seem to run into me and share a smile, laugh, or quick hello to make me feel welcomed. Great people and top notch service. I always feel my health and needs are taken with the utmost care and detail it deserves!
