I want to leave an honest and balanced review because parts of my experience with the clinic were positive, but the discount and billing situation was frustrating and confusing. First, the consultation call itself went really well. The doctor was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable with the medical side of things, and the overall cost reduction switching from my local clinic is substantial. The issue came down to the pricing and how the discount was handled. When I signed up, it was advertised as a New Year discount, which made it seem like a general promotion for people starting at the beginning of the year. The system allowed me to apply the discount during checkout with no issues, so I paid upfront for about 2.5 months expecting everything to be set. Then about a month later, after payment was already processed, I was contacted and told I apparently didn’t qualify anymore and needed to pay an additional $115. At that point, it became unclear whether this was truly a New Year discount or if it was actually meant to be a strict new patient discount, because none of that was communicated clearly upfront, and the website system allowed it to go through. The reason I was given was that I had ordered tesamorelin from them a year ago, so they said that technically made me “not a new patient.” What’s confusing is that I have never been a TRT patient with this the clinic. If ordering a peptide disqualifies someone from a TRT promotion, that should be clearly disclosed before taking payment — not brought up afterward. I had already planned my switch based on the original pricing, so it was frustrating to get contacted a month later asking for more money. The staff was polite throughout everything, but the billing and discount communication definitely needs to be clearer upfront.

I have nothing but good things to say about TRT nation. Follow ups are thorough and not rushed. Refills are so friggen simple. I haven't had one single issue. Ive been with them for quite some time now and would never even try another company... If its not broke, why fix it.

I tried a couple of other clinic before using TRT Nation. These guys are one of the cheapest but still provide as good or better service than the competition. They have a great range of products that are all high quality. Providers are available to help with questions and my orders arrive quickly. I have recommended TRT Nation to everyone of my guy friends. TRT has had a tremendously positive affect on my life.

TRT Nation s awesome! My testosterone levels have gone from 175 to over 900. My belly fat disappeared, my weight went from 220 to 197. My biggest surprise was I went to a grumpy old man to a more positive ad happy individual. BTW, im 66 years old!
