This company is an absolute joke. I’m used to clinics trying to sell extras but I’ve never had employees openly push patients to follow them to a personal side business. Even the nurse was helping the medical provider pitch her at-home hormone and IV clinic that she could also come to my house. With the business up for sale, it feels like patients are treated as ‘free game. Professionalism / ethics?? Out the window. What makes it worse is the uncertainty. No one can say if the clinic will even be around long-term. That kind of chaos....doubt my treatment notes or prescriptions would be handled correctly. I’ve had several neighbors who came here and left for the same reasons. They said this place was amazing at the beginning and now its a "avoid at all costs". At the time I doubted their stories, but after my own experience, I believe every word. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share this so other patients are aware. People deserve stability and honest care, not marketing schemes and uncertainty. I would say give this place a shot in a year or two if its still around and the staff has all had time to cycle again.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The team is professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The service was exceptional, and I could tell that the staff genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care in a clean, supportive environment. Dr. Dolores was sensational!!!

Excellent and thorough medical care. All my hormones are finally in good numbers, and I feel awesome! The staff is respectful, the providers have great bedside manners, and the efficiency of the team is superb. I highly recommend this place for anyone trying to fix their hormones and for weight loss!

My experience was not that of most here. Did not receive that friendly treatment before/during/no after. Treatment did not really work for me but, but over all I felt that there was a lot of missing information in regard to how it all worked and what could be done to improve. I have not been back in more that 2 weeks and suddenly I have a charge $124.02 and another one for $8.65 on my CC. When I called the very rude receptionist, I believe is Melanie, simply can't help me. They are very efficient to charge the card, but their hands are tied when it comes to refunds. For that you have to call another number which I have tried multiple time now with no answer! Terrible!

I initially had a good experience with this clinic, but over time, their business practices changed for the worse. Pros: • The staff is friendly and provides good customer care. • They accepted my insurance, so I only had to cover the copays. • Consistent with blood tests. • Blood draws and donations can be done directly onsite, which was convenient. Cons: • Communication is poor—calls were often returned late (weeks later) when I had a concern. • Too many providers rotating in and out, making it difficult for them to truly understand my medical history. Even with notes, they lacked continuity in care. • Blood tests weren’t always complete (e.g., requested Vitamin D panels due to a deficiency but was missed despite my multiple requests). • At one point, Full blood test results were no longer available on the patient portal unless I signed an agreement to give me a paper report. • The phone answering service is external, which made communication frustrating. • blood draw Scheduling was inconsistent—i.e. I was given a July blood draw date by one provider, but somehow, I ended up getting it done on June 7 as requested by a different provider. • High staff turnover, leading to inconsistency in care. • They charged $200 for a 5ml testosterone vial but refused to prescribe it (clearly to make more money). • Payment requirements changed to needing a credit card on file or they would drop me as a patient, then had inconsistent withdrawals from my account. • I decided Stopped treatment in December, yet I was RANDOMLY CHARGED in February without my authorization due to an “audit” where they decided to bill me for a “complimentary” vitamin I received months prior because of a long wait during one of my visits. • I spoke to at least four people in person and ovdf the phone about the issue, including one of the owners, and even left multiple messages for the CEO—one of which was returned. They will “look into it” • Nearly 5 months later, still no resolution or refund. Overall, I won’t be returning. The clinic started off well, but their business practices have gone downhill. There are many other clinics, including remote options that offer treatments more efficiently and transparently without these issues. If you guys read this, I hope losing me as a customer and not refunding my money was worth this review.
